The 2020 growing season in the Clements Hills AVA provided an excellent opportunity to showcase our River Bluff Vineyard's potential for producing Cabernet Sauvignon of exceptional quality, balance and approachability. Black cherry, cassis and plum lead the dance while secondary notes of leather and cedar harmonize in the background. Thirty months in barrel ensures well-integrated tannins and a plush, medium to full-bodied mouthfeel.
While certainly easy-drinking enough to be enjoyed on it's own, the 2020 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a versatile table wine and pairs particularly well with grilled meats and game. Only 100 cases produced.
