Sourced entirely from our River Bluff Vineyard in the Clements Hills, our richly colored and aromatically exuberant Estate Cabernet Sauvignon immediately delights the senses with rich flavors and aromas of ripe plum, black cherry, leather and tobacco. Ample yet approachable tannins gained from thirty months of oak barrel aging add additional depth and complexity to the palate along with secondary notes of baking spices and vanilla.
A versatile table wine, popular pairings in our family range from flavorful ethnic dishes and grilled meats to shepherd’s pie and pasta with tomato sauce. 400 cases produced.
